Our BBQ Style
At Lick Dem, we specialize in Texas-style BBQ, which means we use a dry rub and slow-smoke our meats over mesquite wood for up to 16 hours. This creates a crispy bark on the outside and a juicy, tender inside. We also offer a variety of homemade sauces to complement your meats.

Smoked meat Please keep in mind we are a caterer, and we supply food for a quantity of eaters. Our meats are priced and sold by the pound. 1/3 pound of meat per person should be calculated. A party of 30 should consume 10 pounds of meat in your calculations for meat weight. If you choose different types of meat, which is very common, use the same formula to come up with your total weight of meat, and divide it amongst the different meats. Error on the side of caution and get lightly more meat.
